Karin Holmberg

Karin brings solid experience of working with change management in a methodical and structured way, enabling her to quickly assess, engage with and support customers’ change journeys on strategic, tactical and operational levels. Having experience from interacting with stakeholders in multi-cultural organizations from diverse business functions, she can support initiatives to define which changes in people’s skills, attitudes, behaviors and interrelationships that best will support the wanted outcomes of changes to e.g. IT systems, organization structures and business processes. She is skilled in planning, leading and following up on the implementation of communication, coaching and learning activities, and can also help initiatives hand over sustainable results.

Karin holds a bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Communication Science, expanded more recently with academic courses in Organizational Psychology and cross-cultural management as well as with professional certifications in change management and learning design.
